En\u00a0 la\u00a0 Sesi\u00f3n\u00a0 titulada \u00a0\u00a0 \u201cSistema de Justicia\u201d\u00a0 estuvo\u00a0 con nosotros\u00a0 el Hon. Jay Garcia Gregory,\u00a0 Juez\u00a0 Asociado\u00a0 del\u00a0 Tribunal\u00a0 Federal en Puerto Rico.<\/p>

El juez comenz\u00f3 la conferencia preguntando \u00bfPor qu\u00e9 hace falta un sistema judicial? Y despu\u00e9s de la participaci\u00f3n de los conferenciantes el juez nos contest\u00f3: Orden y Cumplimiento de leyes. El orden porque en toda sociedad debe de haber un orden establecido y alguien quien lo mantenga. En este caso tenemos a los jueces para que mantengan ese orden y penalizar a quien no lo siga.<\/p>

Cumplimiento de leyes porque para que se establezca un orden tiene que haber unas leyes que obliguen de alguna manera a respetar el derecho de los dem\u00e1s. Las leyes tienen que tener base moral, un cumplimiento de las leyes naturales, si no, no hay orden.<\/p>

Tambi\u00e9n nos cont\u00f3 que la profesi\u00f3n de abogado, y m\u00e1s a\u00fan la de Juez, es apasionante, porque al desarrollarse en un ambiente tan cambiante, hay que estudiar continuamente y, adem\u00e1s, se aprende constantemente sobre el ser humano y su vida.<\/p>
